It took a long time, I must say around two years. Today just before shutting down my computer to wind down for the night, I decided to check an affiliate account.
I had pretty much given up on this one. Six months ago I was actively working it. I would go in daily and refresh the page a couple of times just in case. I often wondered if I mad messed up the affiliate link. I contemplated going out and buying a disposable credit card and making a purchase under a fake name just to see it it works.
After seeing months go by with 300 or so clicks but no purchases I put it on the back burner. I stopped logging in and checking.
Before today I had not logged in for almost two months! It just so happens that about a month ago two different individuals made two separate purchases!
Finally my website feel validated. This does work! This has absolutely made my day! I am still not quite sure how the commissions work. I may get $16 or 4-8% of that. I do not care if I get 10c I now know this does work!
From here I will go and study the product that sold and try and make more pages like it.
